Fee schedule
Fixed-fee services
Each service below has a defined scope and a stated fee. If your matter needs more than the scope describes, we tell you before any further work is done. Fixed-fee services require that you provide all relevant materials we request. Where requested documents are not provided and follow-up is required, additional fees at our regular hourly rate may apply. Only a limited number of fixed-fee services are offered each month, on a first-come, first-served basis. Where a service uses an engagement letter, no engagement exists until we countersign it; if we decline, any amount you have paid is refunded in full.
All fees are exclusive of HST. Disbursements and government filing fees are charged separately. Any work outside the stated scope is billed separately, and only after your written approval.
